We have an immediate opening for a entry-level computer bench technician to work with our team. This is a full time salaried position. Applicant must be dependable and eager to learn. Initial responsibilities will be as a bench tech doing hardware and software repairs on laptops and desktop computers and front counter assistance checking customers in and out. Opportunity to grow into onsite service for residential and small bussiness customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Interface with customers in store and via phone
- Computer repairs in store
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Windows Operating System
- Able to work unsupervised
