Job Summary
We are seeking outgoing, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Street Team as a Promotional service ambassador. You Will:
- Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials at concerts, nightlife areas, college campuses, and community hotspots.
- Promote upcoming shows through face-to-face interaction and word-of-mouth.
- Drive awareness and ticket sales by encouraging people to scan QR codes or use promo codes.
- Represent the brand professionally while engaging with potential fans and audiences.
- Assist with event-day promotions (check-ins, crowd engagement, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Actively hand out flyers, posters, and promotional material at high-traffic locations (college campuses, nightlife areas, concerts, etc.).
- Use and promote unique promo codes to track ticket sales and engagement.
- Set up and maintain posters/flyers in approved areas (bars, shops, venues, campuses).
- Assist with crowd engagement and brand promotion at live events.
- Report feedback from the field — what worked, what didn’t, and where interest is highest.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and high energy at all times.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Outgoing, social, and comfortable approaching new people.
- Strong knowledge/interest in hip-hop, R&B, and nightlife culture is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to travel to event locations around Dallas.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Previous promotional/marketing/street team experience is a plus (but not required).
EACH MEMBER OF THE STREET TEAM WILL BE GIVEN FREE TICKETS TO ALL SHOWS THEY ARE PROMOTING.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
