As a Conference Coordinator, you would be one of the primary points of contacts for guest groups visiting Allaso Ranch, and you would be responsible for assisting with the detailed planning and execution of all events. Our events include summer camps, weekend retreats, corporate events, outdoor education experiences, and much more!
No day is the same as a Conference Coordinator. This is a very physically active position, as you will spend part of your time planning events, and the rest of your time hosting the guest groups and ensuring that we exceed all expectations during their visit.
A Conference Coordinator will lead the following:
- Communicating with Groups
- Event Planning
- Creating Group Schedules
- Conducting Planning Meetings w/ Allaso Staff
- Inspecting Cabins
- Answering Phones
- Hosting meals
- Helping run the Camp Store
- Communicating with and Scheduling Housekeeping for all of Camp

**Certifications and Training is provided for all positions.
This is a full-time position in the hospitality industry, so availability is key! You will work on a rotation within the Conference Team, and daily event coverage can range from 6am through midnight or later depending on the group and event on site. You must be able to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
