Are you ready to grow in the construction world?
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-obsessed individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Coordinator. This is not “just another job”—it’s a foot in the door for someone who wants to learn the ropes, grow fast, and eventually lead major construction projects.
If you have hands-on experience in construction or team management (even if not formal), can communicate clearly, and have an eye for detail, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day operations on job sites and assist our construction manager with scheduling, materials, and subcontractors
- Communicate with crews, vendors, and inspectors—keeping everyone in the loop
- Double-check site details to make sure quality, safety, and timelines are all on track
- Take notes, update project logs, and help document key job site progress
- Learn how to review blueprints, job scopes, and punch lists—training provided
- Assist in creating job schedules and making sure supplies arrive on time
What We’re Looking For:
- Some construction experience (residential, remodeling, or maintenance—any kind counts)
- Or management experience in any field (bonus if it involved scheduling or overseeing teams)
- Excellent communicator—you know how to talk to people and get answers
- Organized and reliable—you show up on time, take notes, and don’t miss details
- Comfortable with smartphones, taking photos, and simple apps for checklists or calendars
- Fast learner who’s eager to grow and take on more responsibility over time
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with contractors, inspectors, or construction materials
- Understanding of basic construction tools, timelines, and phases
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Apply now if you’re ready to start from the bottom and earn your way to the top.
