- Review drawings and specifications to develop on-site plans and procedures.
- Communicate with owners’ representatives, A/E representatives, contractors, inspectors, etc.
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain site safety.
- Supervise and implement quality control procedures.
- Assure work is consistent with construction documents and subcontractor contracts.
- Document and track manpower, tools, equipment, material, and progress on site.
- Coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel.
- Plan and organize project site logistics and daily operations.
- Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, job site rules, etc.
