As a Construction Superintendent I, you’ll be at the forefront of our field operations—overseeing and directing job performance on key trenchless technology projects like pipe bursting, UV lining, service installations, and more. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader making sure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely from start to finish.
The starting salary is $90,000 per year plus Travel Incentive Pay!

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and coordinating job site activities, personnel, and equipment
- Develop and communicate daily work plans to your crew
- Ensure daily production goals are met with a focus on safety and quality
- Maintain strong communication and collaborate daily with internal teams including Superintendents and Workcrews, as well as external partners such as Engineers, Inspectors, Subcontractors, and Property Owners
- Track project progress and provide updates against the master plan
- Submit accurate and timely reports including timesheets, equipment logs, receipts, and material quantities
- Maintain operational readiness of equipment and enforce safety protocols
- Provide on-site quality control to ensure PUCC’s high standards are met
- Keep projects on track by managing materials, solving problems, submitting documentation on time, and keeping leadership and team members informed.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 5–10 years of experience in the sewer and water main industry
- 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman
- Hands-on technical expertise in trenchless methods (pipe bursting, lining, point repairs, etc.)
- Strong understanding of line/grade setup, lasers, and job site equipment
- Leadership and people management skills plus clear communication methods, both verbal and written
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and PUCC’s core values
