We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to perform tasks effectively.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to ensure safety.
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed.
- Comply with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
