Installation Technician Experience: No experience in the concrete industry is required, we are willing and able to teach the right person
Responsibilities
- Loading and checking your teams work van to ensure they are bringing the proper material types and amounts for the job
- Interacting with the customers at the job site from the beginning to end
- Utilizing an orbital grinder to properly prep and repair the concrete
- Coating the treating the concrete surface
- Meeting with the customer after the work is done
- Taking pictures of your work
- Documenting how much material your team used for the day
- Organizing and cleaning your truck at our home base
- Unloading and consolidating material
- Reporting and working with our production team leader to navigate your day
- Filling out the proper paperwork necessary for the job
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work in various temperatures
- Ability to manage and lead your 2 man team independently
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-orientated
- Willingness to listen and work with others
- Professional appearance and personality
- Valid Driver's license
- Positive attitude
- Team 1st mentality
- Currently working
- Wanting to move up within the organization and take on more responsibility
- Must Speak English
- If candidate is bi-lingual in both Spanish and English, this is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
