Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer with a minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of residential home building — from foundation to finish. This role involves hands-on work in both interior and exterior construction environments, contributing to high-quality home builds across multiple job sites.
Whether you’re framing, assisting with drywall, siding, roofing, or final finishes, you’ll be an essential part of a team that values craftsmanship, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical construction labor on residential building sites
- Assist with all stages of home construction: framing, roofing, siding, interior trim, drywall, and final finish work
- Follow safety protocols and job site guidelines
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction
- Working knowledge of all phases of a home build (foundation, framing, roofing, interior/exterior finishes, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
Hours are full time and steady, and pay can be discussed based on experience level.
