Job Description
Your Role:
The Consultant Relations (CR) Analyst position will partner members of the team and broader North America Institutional (NAI), Americas Distribution and Global Consultant Relations team members to support all marketing and sales initiatives, which augment distribution efforts and drives a superior end-to-end consultant experience. The Consultant Relations Analyst will develop a broad array of experience within asset management, institutional consultant relations and distribution operations of Invesco.
Prepares and disseminates reports and analyses and performs administrative duties to support senior Institutional sales staff. Processes and confirms customer transactions, maintains accounts and research lists and compiles statistical information. Supports client problem and compliance issue resolution.
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Consultant Support – Ensure that all of our consultants’ ongoing data needs are met by their deadlines, requiring the CR Analyst to work cross-functionally across the organization to request, collect and review data for accuracy.
  • Be the Consultant Intelligence Expert - Proactively scour, review and summarize Consultant-related news and insights from industry publications, news articles, webinars, Tier 1 consultant websites, etc. to help the consultant relations team be better informed and better positioned to capitalize on opportunities with our consultants as they arise.
  • Lead Generation - Use knowledge of consultant ratings, news, consultant views and client lists to identify prospects for new ratings and help find leads to commercialize existing ratings in partnership with our sales team
  • Sales Coordination – Ensure we are coordinating with NAI on sales opportunities connected to our consultants across buy rating commercialization plans, sales initiatives and ad hoc opportunities
  • CR Reporting – Develop, update and enhance our internal reporting including Announcement Trackers, Ratings Matrix, Quarterly update, NAI reporting ad hoc presentation material for Executive Leadership.
  • Business Plan Support– Lead the construction and updating of our Tier 1 Consultants business planning process
  • CRM Assistance – Alongside rest of the team, ensure that our CRM accurately captures current consultant activity and is maintained up to date
  • Meeting Preparation – Work with directors and managing directors in preparation for meetings including the construction of briefing materials for our investment teams

The Experience You Bring:
  • 1-2 years related work experience or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Strong business and financial acumen and interest
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, etc.
  • Good general investment industry knowledge
  • Strong work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial – demonstrate initiative to originate new or innovative approaches that will enable Invesco to remain an industry leader
