- Work together with other departments and acts as the liaison between members and the branches and back office departments.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
- Maintains member account information on computer system.
What you'll need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- High school education or GED
- A positive attitude and a smile that can be heard on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
