Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Contract Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. We are a high end salon in East Dallas with a beautiful furnished Aesthetic Room for rent. We offer a built-in referral system and clientele that would utilize injectible services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic treatments, particularly in administering botulinum toxin injections and esthetic laser treatments, and perform as a self employed independent contractor. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients. The Aesthetic Injector will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient care.
This is a room rental scenario and would incur a daily, or weekly rent fee, based on how many hours the candidate would like access to the space. We offer a scheduling software, front desk support, laundry, a soundproofed well-appointed room, and credit card payment processing capabilities.
We would also work to promote the services provided to our current network of clients.
Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments and other injectable procedures with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform esthetic laser treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all procedures performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience.
- Manage client appointments and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the treatment area.
Requirements
- Current license (NP, PA or MD, we are unable to hire RN due to not having medical supervision) with relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures.
- Experience in administering botulinum toxin treatments.
- Background in cosmetology or esthetics is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of aesthetics.
