Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract Position

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

- Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Assist with the implementation of care plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments, treatments, and observations.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
