Divine Works Education and Training is seeking dynamic Contract Public Speakers to facilitate our Proteential program and workshops in middle schools, high schools, and community centers. The Proteential initiative is designed to help students cultivate positive self-images and model acceptable behaviors across various settings, laying a strong foundation for their personal and social development. Through a blend of academic concepts and social-emotional learning principles, students will enhance critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.

As a Contract Public Speaker/Facilitator for the Proteential program, you will play a key role in delivering impactful presentations and workshops aligned with Divine Works E&T’s mission of empowering humanity to realize its full potential. You will be responsible for engaging with diverse audiences—including administrators, teachers, students, and parents—to promote the program’s value and its positive impact on student decision-making.

· Key Responsibilities:

Effective Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to articulate the value of the Proteential Program. Tailor your message to resonate with different audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement for administrators, educators, students, and parents alike.

· Business Acumen: Demonstrate an understanding of the educational landscape, including funding mechanisms and stakeholder interests. Leverage this knowledge to advocate for the program’s adoption and sustainment within schools and communities.

· Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders—such as school administrators, local organizations, and community leaders—to foster a supportive network for the Proteential Program.

· Promote Program Value: Clearly communicate the benefits and outcomes of the Proteential Program to school communities, ensuring that there is a shared understanding of its impact on student success.

· Passion for Education: Show enthusiasm and commitment to empowering students and facilitating their life choices, fostering an engaging and inspiring learning environment.

· Demonstrate Core Values: Embody the qualities of Passion, Integrity, Accountability, and Teachability in all interactions. Exhibit a strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Other Responsibilities:

· Custom Presentation Design: Tailor presentations to suit various audiences and educational environments.

· Engage Audiences: Maintain audience attention through effective storytelling, captivating anecdotes, and interactive elements.

· Collaborative Approach: Work with the Director of Operations to customize content based on specific event needs.

· Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, motivational techniques, and personal development strategies.

· Promote Interaction: Foster audience engagement through Q&A sessions, workshops, and interactive exercises.

· Adapt Communication: Modify your communication style to connect with diverse demographics and create an inclusive atmosphere.

· Safe Learning Environment: Provide a supportive space for students to participate, learn, and grow.

· Be Prepared: Be mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally equipped to facilitate, teach, coach, and mentor students.

· Real-World Application: Share relevant real-world experiences related to the subjects discussed.

· Encourage Open Dialogue: Respond appropriately to questions and allow students to express their opinions.

· Maintain Confidentiality: Keep personal information confidential unless disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.

· Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase knowledge of the subject matter to enrich students’ understanding.

· Relevant Programming: Deliver meaningful and relevant programming that aligns with students’ short- and long-term goals.

Requirements:

· Experience: 2-5 years of public speaking experience with a track record of successful engagements.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities.

· Inspiration & Motivation: A positive and energetic presence that inspires and motivates audiences.

· Research Skill: Strong skills to ensure content is relevant and accurate.

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various locations for speaking engagements.

· Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with event organizers and fellow speakers.

· Passion for Development: A genuine interest in personal and professional growth.

Please note that curriculum certification and participation in ongoing professional development training are required for this role. There is a fee for the curriculum certification.

If selected as a lead facilitator or co-facilitator, your schedule will be determined based on workload and availability. Lead facilitators will receive 30% of the gross profit from three-hour group sessions with a minimum of 200 students. The gross profit ranges from $5,000 to $9,000 for Customized Session Series and Assembly Style Program Packages. Additionally, Lead Facilitators are paid $177.70 per hour for conducting Targeted Small Group Sessions. Co-facilitators will be compensated $200 per day for three-hour group sessions of at least 200 students, and $67.50 per day for one-hour group sessions with a minimum of 20 students.
