Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the contracts lifecycle across the organization, managing the contract software, and ensuring compliance and documentation for contracts and licenses. As software admin super user, you will be responsible for the following:
Maintain and update electronic databases, filing systems and other records related to contracts.
Train all internal partners on Legisway software system.
Monitor contract compliance, track deadlines, work cross functionally with managers to ensure terms and conditions are met.
Serve as point of contact for internal and external customers for questions and workflow.
Assist Management, as needed, in creation, review and finalization of contracts and business licenses.
Create and manage reporting of contracts and business documents key dates, requirements, and indicators.
Required Skills/Abilities:
2+ years office administrative support with emphasis on contracts and business licenses in multiple states and locations.
Previous contract or document software experience required (Legisway, preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Previous database, multi software system environment preferred.
Collaborative Approach: Able to reach out across the organization.
Strong Organizational and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Communication: Effective communication both verbally and via email.
Proactive Approach: Take responsibility and initiative to follow up and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or legal related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at a time.
