Controller (Remote)

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Reports To: CFO
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Controller to lead our Accounting team at One Mnet Health. You'll work closely with our CFO to oversee all financial operations including month-end close, audits, payroll, reporting, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage our accounting operations including month-end close, audits, reporting, AP/AR, payroll, and cash flow.
- Partner closely with our CFO on strategic initiatives, M&A, and process improvements.
- Responsible for managing the Payment Posting department.
- Provide leadership and mentoring for a staff of approximately ~10 employees.
- Oversee ERP systems (Sage Intacct) and ensure compliance with GAAP and HIPAA.
- Drive excellence in financial transparency, controls, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 7 years (minimum) - 10+ years (preferred) of accounting/finance experience
- CPA strongly preferred, BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related field (required)
- Experience in public accounting.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and business acumen.
- Experience in a similar role with a Private Equity backed company (preferred).
- Experience in Accounting Management in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with Sage Intacct a plus.
