We are seeking a detail-driven Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. If you have strong accounting expertise and can drive financial performance, this is your next challenge.
What you’ll do:
- Manage all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that drive growth and operational efficiency
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes for scalability
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit operations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
