Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across our vacation rental portfolio.
- Ensure high standards of property management, guest experience, and owner satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance, vendor relations, and turnover processes.
- Implement and streamline operational systems to support scale and efficiency.
- Lead, hire, and train team members to maintain quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and company expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management and maintenance oversight.
- Hands-on experience in short-term rentals (Airbnb, Vrbo, boutique vacation rentals, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow with an expanding company.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
