Why This Role Is Important:
As the company continues to grow, we are exploring a range of new opportunities and technologies. The Corporate Business Analyst will play a critical role in aligning internal teams and supporting management with financial modeling and project planning for emerging initiatives—such as EV charging, battery storage, and updated refrigerant systems. This position helps ensure we approach innovation with clarity, coordination, and strategic foresight.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Corporate PM Director to develop financial planning documents and models for new programs

Support the Renewables team with internal project coordination tasks, including invoice verification and scheduling

Research industry standards and procedures to help update the company’s proprietary estimation tool and main database

Partner with departments across the organization to track transformational KPIs and update the executive dashboard for finance, sales, operations, and services

Assist the Corporate PM Director with cross-departmental operational improvement initiatives

Support the Deal Desk/Commercial Desk in evaluating presales customer ROI, energy savings, and investment opportunities

Lead the development of internal process documentation to support scalable growth

Perform other job-related duties as needed
Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in project analysis, business process management, or a similar role

Strong Excel modeling skills are required

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and intellectual curiosity

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to translate complex data and financial insights into clear, actionable business decisions

Effective communicator who can engage with diverse stakeholders across departments

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new software platforms
Compensation$75,000—$85,000 USD
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
