What You’ll DoAccounting Leadership & Financial Reporting:-Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.-Deliver insightful financial reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership.-Align accounting practices with strategic business goals.
Internal Controls & Compliance:-Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity.-Lead external audits and ensure full compliance with US GAAP and regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Financial Partnering:-Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions.-Support business development with client-facing financial analysis and presentations.
Payroll & Cost Accounting Oversight:-Oversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocations across departments.-Analyze labor and operational costs to support margin improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization & Systems Improvement:-Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.-Leverage technology and automation to streamline accounting workflows.
What You Bring-CPA or equivalent with 9+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry roles.-Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.-Proven leadership in managing accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration.-High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience preferred.-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
