Overview:
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Assist in developing and implementing corporate and employee events, creating and distributing corporate communications, and performing administrative functions as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Three years in similar position demonstrating written communication, project management, and event planning skills.
Experience/Skills: Three years experience in event planning, public relations, or marketing. Strong written communications skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Tenure: Assignment to the Corporate Relations Officer III, Category 08, requires satisfactory performance in the Corporate Relations Officer I, category 10, or Corporate Relations Officer II, category 09, position with proven ability to manage an increase in job responsibilities. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidates performance.
Compensation:
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.

Primary Functions: Assist in developing and implementing corporate and employee events, creating and distributing corporate communications, and performing administrative functions as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for employee programs, events, and activities.
- Produce internal and external communications to fulfill necessary Corporate Relations activities.
- Support community events and activities in all markets as assigned.
- Coordinate the Financial Literacy Program assisting with logistics and events surrounding this program.
- Assist in the development of Public Relations efforts to maximize the visibility of our community involvement and corporate goodwill.
- Help to implement Global Credit Union Foundation fundraisers and develop new initiatives to ensure sustainability.
- Manage corporate tables and executive level event invitations.
- Understand and adhere to established procedures for creating and disseminating communications.
- Assist in the daily administration of the Corporate Relations Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: BA in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

Compensation:
Salary Pay Range:
- Corporate Relations Officer I (Category 10): $63,233 - $99,908 annually
- Corporate Relations Officer II (Category 09): $69,557 - $112,677 annually
- Corporate Relations Officer III (Category 08): $79,989 - $132,798 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
