Job Summary
The Corporate and Special Events Coordinator position at EcoCaters is based on facilitation and management of all areas around the cultivation, coordination and execution for outbound and inbound sales with a focus on building corporate partnerships and special events. This position will have a primary focus on social events and corporate account sales and management. In addition, you will be responsible for building relationships with a portfolio of venues that host corporate and social events. There will be a focus on driving daily activity, tracking and accounting through KPI’s and weekly scorecards for the individual events and the corporate events portfolio as a whole to continue to grow our corporate partnerships and overall monthly revenues. There will be a streamlined communication to the Sales Manager and GM for updates and weekly calls for strategy, goal setting, forecasting and activity. The facilitation of vendors, event timelines, staffing requirements and menu procurement will be a critical part of the success of this role. Additionally, you will be assisting with event preparation, tasting preparation, meeting preparation, deliveries, inventory check and room upkeep, pack lists, expense reports, cleaning duties, venue & showroom walkthroughs and assisting with imagery tasks for social media.
Market verticals that fall under the scope of the Corporate and Special Events Coordinator include Corporate meal programs, Corporate Events and Social Events. This role will work in collaboration with the Sales Manager and GM for coaching and further personal, professional and financial growth to continue on the path of management development.
It will take a self-motivated individual willing to dedicate additional time to support our sales quotas as related to our market and national goals. Our goal is to generate, based on a growing monthly quota, the revenue necessary to hit the assigned annual goal. Success of this role will be supported through helping the team in a variety of lead generating activities inclusive of but not limited to cold calling, networking events, linkedin, social media, lunches, and referrals from existing clients. Organization and time management will be critical in the success of this role.
Responsibilities
Create New Leads: Build new networks. Attend industry related networking and chamber events. Use online platforms like LinkedIn to build bridges. Create awareness through a personal pipeline. Utilizing all company lead generating activities.
Manage Pipeline: Build individual and team pipeline daily. Respond to all assigned inbound leads and follow-ups within the proper time frame as instructed per market. Keep extreme detail to stay organized.
Follow KPI Metrics:Follow and abide by EcoCaters Daily, weekly and monthly metrics. As identified in the market, you should be able to properly track the team's progress to help yourself and management hold accountability and assess success within your role and market..
Manage Weekly Sales Hygiene: Daily checks within company software and tracking metrics. This will include KPI updates and check-ins for performance indicators as it applies to your role. Communicates deadlines and sales goals to management and other team members.
Organize and Implement Sales Strategy:Help management install strategy, sales plans, revenue goals and milestones.
Supports Team Manager: Performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office. Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
Reporting: Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about individual performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
Office Maintenance: Ensures company brand materials, inventories and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards. Is also responsible for delegating appropriate responsibilities.
Manage/Build Corporate Relationships: Contact existing local businesses and corporate entities for potential future business. Build relationships and maintain. Attend networking events and catered events in order to add partners and maintain quality with existing partnerships..
Clear Communication:Understand resources, deadlines, and workload and effectively communicate to the owner and upper management about the status of the department.
Performance Reviews / Company Expectations:Each representative understands that their performance is based on revenue generation, meeting quota and abiding by company policies and codes of conduct. It will be up to company management and HR to determine if an employee is able to earn commissions, be subject to write-ups, further disciplinary actions and/or termination.

Compensation
- $68,000.00 Starting salary plus commission
- Commission structure based on meeting a $50,000.00 monthly quota.
- Commission plan on all qualifying revenues sold, paid monthly
- Commission plan to be presented, agreed upon and signed
- Remote work with on site work as needed for client fulfillment
- Two (2) weeks paid vacation on accrual basis
