Your Role:
- Clienteling Excellence: Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized service, follow-ups, and tailored product recommendations.
- Sales Leadership: Drive to achieve and exceed high-pressure sales goals while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
- Event Innovation: Plan and execute engaging events to highlight top beauty products and drive business.
- Strategic Execution: Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Lead by example, motivating your team to work together and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
