Coupa eProcurement Manager
Deloitte’s Sourcing and Procurement practice helps clients transform their Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions into strategic partners for their businesses. We advise companies on potential areas of savings relating to both indirect SG&A costs as well as direct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and enable digital transformation goals of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions through technology (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, etc.) assessments, selection, implementation, and continuous operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment providing many opportunities to have an active voice. You will advise clients on their Supply Chain and Operations strategy and work with them to implement next generation solutions.
This role will manage solution delivery through a variety of activities including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment, establishing performance metrics and new policies, testing, and knowledge management. The role requires deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills with knowledge of optimization methods, financial computations, . Additionally, this role requires exposure to advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
Required Qualifications / Experience
* 8+ years of Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience or 3+ years of experience implementing eProcurement technology solutions (solution design, install, configuration, setup, and upgrades) like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
* 5+ years of Experience with Procurement strategy and process transformation: including sourcing, procurement roadmap assessment, experience and/or implementing digital procurement technologies, process mapping, business process review, and reporting and analytics.
* Experience with two or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, strategy and operational procurement, requirements analysis, sourcing, contracts / CLM, supplier & catalog enablement, PR/PO/Receipts, Invoice/OCR/Payments and vendor/supplier management.
* Experience using analytics and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
* Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
* Advanced Degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
* Prior Consulting experience
* Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
