Court Monitor – will work directly with our guests to provide friendly and professional assistance while reinforcing Big Air safety regulations. Must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety of guests by supervising children and adults
- Communicate safety rules with guests when necessary
- Provide outstanding customer service with a cheerful attitude
- Monitor court that is assigned while enforcing specific courts rules
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
Qualifications:
- Positive, cheerful, and outgoing personality
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- In case of an emergency, court monitors must be First Aid and CPR certified
- If an accident occurs, court monitor must inform a supervisor or manager and follow Big Air policies
