JOB DESCRIPTION.-
Our bartenders have classic and craft cocktail knowledge and are able to efficiently create cocktails in a higher volume environment, while maintaining correct ingredient proportions, and a clean workspace. You have a strong understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings, with an affinity for creating new & interesting cocktails. You are able to take customer requests, or lack of, and provide a positive and gratifying experience. You are accountable for tracking all pours, recording spills, and ensuring serving staff are correctly garnishing the cocktails you create. You have the skills and inspiration as a mixologist to present creative, and distinctive new cocktails that our customers enjoy seeing and consuming.
YOUR SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of liquors.
- Ability to determine and satisfy your customers wants.
- Knowledge of Utah laws and DABS regulations.
- Familiar with wine presentation.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong and positive customer service and social skills.
- Problem solver & multitasker.
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 21+ Only
- 5+ years experience serving a fine dining environment.
- 3+ years craft cocktail creation.
- Prefer experience with opening and closing duties, cash receipts, tip out.
- Prefer Sommelier 1 certification.
