Creative Director
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and elevate our brand’s storytelling, design, and overall visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative strategy, branding, and multimedia content development, ensuring that all creative outputs align with our company’s mission and market objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet business needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, direct selling industry and our selling model.
- Creative Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement a compelling creative strategy that enhances brand identity, market presence and customer engagement.
- Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement and elevate our brand value proposition including our voice, positioning, and image.
- Ensure our work is constantly evolving to meet our customer’s needs and biggest business opportunities.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms, including marketing campaigns, event materials, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- Oversee video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, scripting, and guiding production teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and quality standards.
- Lead creative projects with outside contractors including photo shoots.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, content strategist, and video editor, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the ideation, design, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print media.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of high-quality creative assets, including:
- Print Materials: Brochures, catalogs, product packaging, event signage, flyers, magazines, and training materials.
- Digital Assets: Social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, landing pages, and video content.
- Event Branding: Stage designs, presentation decks, promotional banners, merchandise, and recognition materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry and marketing trends, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive. Keep an awareness of emerging technologies that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Project Management: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet strategic objectives.
- Up to 5% anticipated travel for company events

- Increases promoter utilization of field marketing resources
- Regularly integrates new creative trends or technologies to streamline workflows and enhance storytelling
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in a consumer brand or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, product, event and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $105,000 – $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Location & Schedule
This position is based out of our Santa Clara, California headquarters and follows a hybrid work schedule. Employees are expected to work onsite part of the week to collaborate with teams across departments.
