Summary
As a Crew Member at Hawaii Nautical, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of safety and hospitality that our company is known for.
Responsibilities
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests on board
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
- Support crew members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations during excursions
- Educate guests about marine life and promote respect for the ocean environment
Requirements
- Experienced crew preferred, with strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work out of both Waianae Boat Harbor and Ko Olina Marina
- Weekend availability
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience is a plus
