Job Description:
Join the crew at 3 Peaks Junk & Haul, a fast-growing junk removal and light demolition company serving Northern Colorado. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want flexible work, strong pay, and opportunities to grow with a locally owned company.
Service Area:
Jobs begin at our Greeley yard and operate primarily in Greeley and sometimes throughout Windsor, Loveland, Fort Collins, Severance, Johnstown, and surrounding areas.
Scheduling:
- Jobs are sent via group text with shift details
- First to confirm gets the shift
- Typical shifts are 3 to 6 hours
- All shifts begin and end at our Greeley yard
Compensation & Perks:
- Performance-based pay (paid per job, not hourly)
- W-2 employment (we handle taxes and insurance)

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor in all weather
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for junk removal and light demolition
- Familiarity with safety procedures and job site conduct
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Bonus skills: carpentry, drywall, landscaping, mechanical knowledge, or estimating experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, haul, and remove unwanted items from homes and job sites
- Assist in demolition tasks such as fence, shed, and carpet removal
- Maintain clean job sites and organize materials responsibly
- Deliver friendly, respectful customer service
- Support truck and tool organization before and after shifts
