We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with precision.
- Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively upsell items.
- Assist customers in locating products within the grocery store and provide recommendations.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized by managing inventory levels.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Upgrade washes and sell monthly memberships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sales.
- Proficiency in cash handling and experience operating cash registers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
