Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
- Support multilingual customers by communicating in their preferred language when applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience with outbound calling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office software and customer support systems is beneficial.
