CSR - Customer Service Representative
Answer customer inquiries, provide catalog look-up service, process orders via phone or internet, complete the following tasks:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer telephone calls and emails promptly.
Provide professional service to ensure the customer’s needs are met.
Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to the customer.
Provide catalog look-up service.
Process customer’s orders via phone or internet.
Ensure customer’s orders are pulled correctly.
Make sure the customer feels valued and listened to.
Resolve issues, complaints, and problems from the customer and resolve them independently or forward to the Location Manager when further assistance is necessary.
Education and Experience
A high school degree or equivalency is required.
Able to sit for reasonable amounts of time
Professionalism and Positive Ethical Conduct
Approach others tactfully and respectfully, and display sound and accurate judgment. Keep commitments, work with integrity, and uphold organizational values.
Able to work indeependly with minimal control.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $4,500.00 to $5,000.00 /month
