CState Complete Student Connector Job Description
CState Complete is a brand-new program dedicated to supporting stopped out Cincinnati State students return to campus to complete their degrees. This program is founded in student-to-student outreach. Connectors will represent the CState Complete Reconnection Team, comprised of the Team Leader and a part-time advisor. Connectors will be the first point of contact for stopped out students and the first step to supporting those students’ return to campus.
Essential Duties
- Initiate contact with stopped out students via text message
- Follow all campaign messaging, privacy and documentation protocols as trained
- Initiate student handoff to Reconnection Team Leader and/or advisor for continued support
- Engage with CState Complete student advisory board
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student at Cincinnati State with at least 30 credit hours earned
- In good academic standing
- Actively involved in student activities on Cincinnati State’s campus
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated leadership experience
- Established social media presence
- Customer service experience
- GPA of 3.0 or higher

Status: Part time, not to exceed 10 hours/week during fall, spring and summer semesters
