Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Culinary Professional to join our fast-paced, high-energy professional team. Our concept brings the craftsmanship and creativity of fine dining into a vibrant, casual setting—serving thoughtfully prepared dishes at prices everyone can enjoy. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, takes pride in delivering top-tier food quality, and is committed to providing a memorable guest experience. This position is for the evening shift and successful applicants must be available to work 2 pm - 9 pm or 4 pm - 9 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency, following our curated recipes and plating standards
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation practices in a shared kitchen environment
- Assist with seasonal menu updates that reflect culinary trends, local ingredients, and guest preferences
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked during service
- Monitor ingredient levels and coordinate restocking or ordering as needed
- Provide a welcoming and informative guest experience, answering food questions and offering thoughtful recommendations
- Effectively upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and boost sales
- Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume service environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene best practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a MUST, especially in an open-kitchen or guest-facing setting
- Basic math skills for recipe execution and inventory support
- Previous culinary or line cook experience a must —especially in upscale casual, fast-fine, or food hall kitchens
- Experience using POS systems and handling transactions
- A true passion for food, flavor, and helping others enjoy great meals
