We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and social justice–oriented clinician who is currently on the path to licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT). This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be part of a identity -centered, humanity focused-led team committed to helping people heal and thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy to a diverse caseload
- Maintain thoughtful, timely documentation
- Collaborate with a vibrant clinical team that values authenticity and cultural humility
- Grow your voice, your skills, and your leadership—at your pace
Who You Are
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Working toward licensure (we help with hours + supervision)
- Experience or passion for working with marginalized communities
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine desire to show up with integrity
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
