Summary
We are seeking applicants to join our team at Westlake Master Association. This role is essential in ensuring that our community facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents. This position is important in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our community spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of community facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, meeting rooms and common areas.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from residents or management.
- All season work, rain, sun, snow for events and parties that are both indoors and outdoors.
- This is a physical/manual position, applicants must be able to lift and move 60-80lbs, arrange a large number of tables and chairs as necessary for all events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or facilities roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Ability to take orders and follow directions.
- Work independently and as a team.
- Attention to detail.
- We provide 2 weeks of paid training for task assignment retention.
- Must have reliable transportation to be on time for shifts.
This is a part time position and the work schedule is based on the necessity of the Clubhouse.
Shifts will include a mix of days, nights, weekends and Holidays and is NOT a set schedule.
Additional shifts may be scheduled based on the Clubhouse Events.

Pay: $16.41 - $17.00 per hour
