Summary
We are seeking a Custodian to join our team at Imagann Cleaning Services, INC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Your contributions will be vital in achieving our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform general custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas.
- Ensure floors are clean through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas to meet company standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
