Duties

- Conduct inside sales activities to promote products and services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using relevant software tools.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and applications.
- Assist in territory management by identifying potential clients and developing relationships within assigned areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
- Strong skills in sales management and inside sales techniques.
- Ability to analyze customer data and market trends for effective decision-making.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications for account management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
