- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts activity, to include current past due accounts
- Review past due accounts and communicate in person and via phone with customers to prompt timely payments
- Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards
- Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned
- Making home visits for customers who you have not made contact with via phone
- Assisting with deliveries/ service calls as it pertains to the company
- Assisting with sales, showroom appearance and other opportunities to capitalize and grow the company
- Follow all polices and procedures and adhere to all standards
