About the role
As a Customer Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of our business, connecting with customers and making sure they leave every interaction with a smile (even if they can’t see it). You’ll have the freedom to approach each situation with a mix of professionalism, empathy, and your own personality.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face conversations
- Understanding customers’ needs and finding solutions that actually work for them
- Keeping records neat, accurate, and up to date
- Working hand-in-hand with the rest of the team to keep everything running smoothly

- A confident communicator who listens as well as they speak
- Someone who can adapt quickly and handle different situations with ease
- Detail-focused, you notice what others might miss
- Experience in customer service is great, but we welcome fast learners with the right attitude
