We’re looking for someone who loves people just as much as they enjoy a job well done. As a Customer Associate/Cashier, you’ll be the first hello, the last thank-you, and the calm in the middle when things get busy.
This isn’t just about scanning items or counting change, it’s about creating moments of connection. Whether you’re helping a regular find their favourite product or making someone’s day with a quick, efficient checkout, you’ll play a big part in making sure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and making them feel at ease.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Keeping the checkout area tidy and organised.
- Helping customers with questions and pointing them in the right direction.
- Supporting your team to keep everything running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, approachable manner and genuine care for customers.
- Great communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential – the right attitude matters most.
