Job Title: Customer Care Advocate - Customer Care
Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchase orders and enter them into SAP CRM or the designated business system.
- Deliver exceptional customer care by promptly responding to inquiries and actively listening to customer requests.
- Provide excellent service to incoming customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Foster and enhance customer relationships through every interaction, creating measurable value.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain performance standards in effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
- Act as a liaison with other areas of Rockwell Automation to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Address routine to complex issues through problem-solving that may require extensive research, additional tools, and customer follow-up.
- Accurately capture and enter pertinent information into the appropriate business system following standard operating procedures and data collection guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of client contact experience in customer service.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Highly effective negotiation skills with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective and accurate decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite and Web tools.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
