Strawberry Hill Baking Co. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to help lead our small team of customer care staff in retail and over the phones. What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of customer care staff, offering daily support, feedback, and direction to maintain high standards and team morale.
- Process Oversight: Monitor day-to-day workflows and make sure calls, in-person inquiries, and orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Training & Coaching: Assist in onboarding new team members and providing ongoing coaching to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Scheduling & Time Management: Track daily performance, and ensure coverage aligns with call and retail volume.
- Customer Support: Step in during busy times to assist customers in person and over the phone—leading by example with positivity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supervising or leading a small team, especially in customer service or retail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (Oracle/NetSuite experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate and guide others.
- Ability to manage time well, stay organized, and adapt to seasonal environment

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
