Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate:
- Engage directly with customers to promote and sell mobile phone plans, devices, and accessories
- Deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales and building long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with your Customer Engagement Associate team to execute sales campaigns that increase brand awareness and revenue
- Track sales goals, customer feedback, and product knowledge to improve sales strategies
- Participate in daily meetings focused on sales techniques, leadership development, and Customer Engagement Associate team success
