CarLux NC is hiring a Sales Representative to support our Managers and deliver an exceptional car-buying experience to our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face that welcomes and guides customers through their journey, from the first test drive to the final paperwork.
- Follow up on leads via email and or phone.
- Assist Sales Managers with daily operations on the floor and behind the scenes.
- Take high-quality photos and help market new vehicle inventory.
- Handle key administrative tasks to ensure deals are smooth, accurate, and efficient.
- Use creative marketing strategies (social media, outreach, referrals, etc.) to attract new leads and drive traffic to the dealership.
- Maintain accurate records, complete necessary documentation, and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Help create a hassle-free buying experience that keeps customers coming back.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Prior dealership experience or similar a plus, but not required.
- Confidence, coachability, and the ability to connect with people.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivation—no micromanaging here.
