Job Overview
We operate a 3D Print on Demand App called Teleport. Any User can upload a 3D Model and get it printed and shipped directly to their customer using our Giant 3D Print Farms.
But a lot of people don't know how to get started.
This position is meant to help new users get familiarized with the application. Showing them stumbling blocks and and opportunities that they were not aware of.
On a typical day you will speak with the tech team about new features and bugs. And then you would schedule meetings with users via phone or zoom, have those meetings, and potentially followup and check-in via email.
We have a large tutorial base and everyone on the team will be available to help you help the users.
The goal is to make sure the users get the best experience they can right from the start.
Duties
- Help our customers have a great Experience with Teleport
- Learn the Teleport App and be familiar with how it Operates.
- Schedule Meetings with New Users to introduce them to the app.
- Learn and send tutorials and updates to users.
- Communicate. Communicate. Communicate
Experience
- Anyone can do this. But you must be patient and empathetic.
- Have some technical background and familiarity with 3D Printing would be helpful but not necessary.
- Be able to learn. Things will move and change. You must be able to adapt.
Other than that. Show up on time. Care about your job a bit. And be willing to work hard. You will do great here.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
