Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
