As an Appointment Coordinator at Exterior Point Home Remodeling, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries from potential clients via phone and email.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with homeowners.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and appointment schedules effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs.
- Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and confirm appointments.
- Assist in developing strategies for business growth through effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
