What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with policy updates, billing questions, and account maintenance
- Support client retention through regular follow-ups and proactive communication
- Identify customer needs and present insurance solutions where appropriate
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep detailed records and ensure accuracy in customer files and documentation
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Sales-minded attitude with a desire to grow professionally
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we’ll support you!)
