Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Active Property & Casualty (P+C) license (Newly licensed candidates welcome with relevant experience)
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, carrier, or similar)
- Strong customer service skills – Responsive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
- Money-handling experience
- Excellent communication – both verbal and written
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and professionalism
